All items are quality tested before shipping, and are packaged in secure padded shipping bags for the protection of your products.

Our Shipping Policy

How We Do It

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 


Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 


Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Standard Delivery on Orders Over $25

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Information about current delay can be found on auspost.com.au

Shipment confirmation & order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 


Customs, Duties and Taxes: 

Mini J Accessories is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Damages:

Mini J Accessories is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 


International Shipping Policy:

We currently do not ship outside of Australia. 

 

Our Return Policy

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. We do not offer refunds on any purchases. If your item is found to be faulty, a replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Please send any pictures and descriptions of fault to minijaccessories@gmail.com, and after proof of purchase, and identification of fault is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have confirmed a fault. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a replacement will be sent to the same address as originally sent.
